To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns on customized or personalized items.
2. Return Process:
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at infor@vivrantjewelry.com within 5 days of
receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and a brief
explanation for the return/exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping

I lived most of my life in Jamaica before I moved to the United States in 2021. That move asked me to become a different version of myself, a new country, a new pace, a new way of showing up in rooms I hadn't grown up in. And through all of it, I was still exactly who I'd always been. That's the thread I've pulled through ever since: home doesn't have to mean one place, and a woman doesn't have to mean one mood.
That's where Vivrant started. Not with a mood board - with women. Watching the same woman run a boardroom at 9am, meet her sister for wine at 7pm, and show up for a 6am workout in between, all in the same day, all fully herself. Jewelry was supposed to be the thing that moved with her through all of it. Most of it wasn't.
